1. TELEMETRY & DATA COLLECTION DISCLOSURES

Our global site tag (synapse-tag.js) securely captures anonymous conversion telemetry, user search engine referral traffic source parameters, and structural schema deployment footprint data. This telemetry is collected solely to compute real-time Return on Investment (ROI) and Share of Voice metrics within the user's analytics dashboard. The script does not collect, harvest, or log any unencrypted personally identifiable information (PII) from end consumers unless explicitly configured by the enterprise client.

2. PROPRIETARY DATA ISOLATION & NO-SALE POLICY

Montjoy Synapse maintains a strict data confidentiality protocol. Under no circumstances does the Company rent, sell, share, or broker operational consumer data, client configuration metrics, or optimization strategies to third-party data brokers, advertising networks, or external software platforms. All client data is strictly used to serve the primary application functionality.

3. BANK-GRADE SECURITY AND TENANCY ENCRYPTION

To guarantee corporate security, our platform leverages strict Postgres Row-Level Security (RLS) configuration protocols. This design pattern ensures that every single tenant's data layer, connected API credential keys, generated ad copy variations, and crawl logs are dynamically and fully isolated at the database layer, rendering cross-tenant data leaks systematically impossible.
