Because Montjoy Synapse operates exclusively as a B2B SaaS platform providing immediate software allocation, automated schema processing, and server-side engine optimization capabilities on demand, our refund architecture adheres to a strict commercial framework.

1. RECURRING SUBSCRIPTIONS & NO PRO-RATA REFUNDS

All enterprise accounts are billed on a recurring monthly or annual schedule depending on the tier chosen at sign-up. No pro-rata, partial, or full refunds are granted for mid-cycle cancellations, unused seats, or partial months of software usage.

2. RECONCILIATION & CANCELLATION PROTOCOLS

Users possess complete control over their accounts and may terminate their subscription at any time directly through the /dashboard/settings workspace. Following a cancellation, your account remains fully functional with access to all simulator panels and analytics until the exact conclusion of your current paid billing cycle. At the end of that cycle, your account will deactivate, and the live cloud payload driving your synapse-tag.js script integration will systematically stop responding to server requests.
